ORDERING

2024 LIST NOW FINISHED

​ALL ITEMS OFFERED SUBJECT TO SUCCESSFUL HARVEST. 

I will put a link to an updated list of availability on our home page every so often, so that you can see which are sold out. After the first couple of hours, it might be a good idea to check before ordering. Each item has an item letter/number which should make ordering easier, as long as you are sure you have the correct item numbers for the things you want!

PLEASE NOTE – You cannot order from the website!

 

Please EMAIL in your order as soon as possible. If you wish to telephone, I will note the time of your request and slot it into the appropriate place among the email requests. I will acknowledge every order within 48hrs. If you do not hear from me, please try again.

New customers please note prices are for a single bulb, unless otherwise specified.

 

PLEASE 

  • ORDER BY ITEM LETTER+NUMBER eg N30

  • After the first couple of hours, check the availability list on our home page before ordering – I will try and update it as often as I can, but certainly at least daily after the first 24 hours. 

  • Add your full name and address to your order, even if you’ve ordered before.  I need to know whether I can send the things that you want to where you are.

I always ask for addresses each year. This is much better than sending them somewhere the customer has since moved from (been there, done that…)

For new customers - what happens is:

  • you email me your order (it's helpful if it is in the same order as the list)

  • I confirm which items you have bagged – usually within a few hours.

  • there will be a short period while I do all the paperwork, after which I will send a paypal invoice - please check the invoice to make sure I have your order correct. You can pay this by card via Paypal, you do not need to have a paypal account, or send a cheque if necessary.

  • once the invoice is paid, I will post to you and let you know they are on their way.

UK orders will be sent as soon as I can, with a Plant Passport.

Orders to EU and USA will all be sent together as soon as I can, as they will all need to be inspected together by FERA before dispatch.  

All bulbs are flowering size, unless otherwise specified.

They will be posted in a sturdy box.

 

UK Postage and Packaging - £6.50 per order. I am asking for less than the actual cost of delivery and packaging. If your order can be sent as Large Letter, I will refund any extra postage.   

Parcels will be sent by first class post, tracked, so will need to be signed for. Orders can be collected from my home address if you are in the area.

EU Postage and Packaging - £14 per order.

USA - Postage and Packaging - A £35 contribution to the cost of phytosanitary certification will be added to the actual cost of shipping.

 

​PAYMENT

PLEASE DO NOT SEND CASH. PAYMENT BY CHEQUE OR PAYPAL PREFERRED. Bank drafts or transfers are possible but the customer must pay any charges involved.

 

PAYPAL – I will send out invoices once the order is ready to pack.

CHEQUE - If paying by cheque, please print off the order form and send with your cheque. It is best if you can telephone or email me as well, and I can reserve the plants until I get your cheque. Owing to the short supply of many items, and possible problems, please send a limited cheque – see demo below.
